The first phase of Kevin’s plan was completed. Samson was next. Samson was known to have a business mind, so a counterfeit investing opportunity would be his downfall. This was where Isabel would prove to be a useful contact. If only they could get Samson to believe that investing in one of her father’s franchises would be a good bet, then they were as good as the rest of them. Share prices were high so everyone wanted to get their hands on them.

It was time for Kevin to meet Mr Nkoana in person. Isabel finally convinced her father to meet this young man who is very keen on being advised by the most successful businessman. It was an overwhelming experience for Kevin to meet such an influential man in the community. Behind all those horror stories about Mr Nkoana, lied a soft man who was taking care of his family. Looks shouldn’t deceive someone or be the deciding factor for someone’s character. A person can do whatever it takes to save or provide for their loved ones.

Kevin finally met Mr Nkoana and introduced himself. Mr Nkoana noticed the fearless look in Kevin’s eyes. He saw a young and inspiring individual. Kevin wasn’t there for chit-chat. His aim was to ask for a favour from Mr Nkoana. Kevin told Mr Nkoana about his whole plan against the Van Wyk family. Mr Nkoana understood Kevin’s pain, the pain the white minority inflicted on the black majority during the Apartheid era. Mr Nkoana then promised to provide him with anything that would help Kevin make his dream a reality.

Kevin told Mr Nkoana about the plan to eliminate Samson. Mr Nkoana asked his IT specialists to create a fake web page for the selling of shares in one of his franchises. Kevin called John to trace Samson’s whereabouts. Samson only used one route from and to work. One day Samson found a pamphlet of the selling of shares at a prestigious restaurant and saw it as a good investment. Mr Nkoana’s IT guys did a squeaky clean job with the fake web page. It was realistic and every tiny bit of information was given.

Samson checked it out and found nothing suspicious and decided to invest all the company’s money since they were not getting enough job offers. Samson went to the bank to deposit the money for the shares. He then received a confirmation message saying that he has successfully purchased the shares. Mr Nkoana called Kevin after his IT team notified him that the transaction was successful. When Kevin arrived at Mr Nkoana’s house he was welcomed with a briefcase full of money. Mr Nkoana told Kevin the story of how Samson fell for his plan.

Kevin thought that Mr Nkoana was one of those men who wanted a share after everything was sorted, but Mr Nkoana didn’t even want a cent of that money. He said that Kevin should take it as compensation for his father. Kevin was very grateful to Mr Nkoana for his decision and promised to spend it wisely. Mr Nkoana noticed the energy Kevin had and the fire he had to make his dreams a reality. Mr Nkoana told Kevin how black people hate each other and how that is the contributing factor to why many of them are suffering.
