He was the genius of the school,
Everybody knew it, He knew it too.
And he was my neighbour,
My pompous and arrogant neighbour.
He was heartless too, so unfeeling!
He called me stupid, idiot, weirdo
And more because I wasn’t clever.
After that he would say, “You are not angry, right?” or
“You don’t mind me saying that?”
My heart cried blood, but my mouth said,
“No, I don’t mind.”
How I wished he could see beneath my mask.
