Strolling in the valley of love
Along a path of a thousand roses
Beneath red maple and sourwood trees
As doves encircled us, hovering above
I gazed into your hazel eyes,
As our lips slowly parted
And saw our souls integrate
Like a twisted rainbow
Whose colours intertwined
In the centre of paradise
Where waterfalls ran wild
In the midst of sunrise
In my omniscient form, I witnessed
The Heavens and the Earth coalesce
And clouds floated on the sea’s surface
On which the sunlight was glancing
While Angels swam with the mermaids
As fish flew amongst birds and butterflies
Just before you closed your eyes
And our lips locked once again
Before our tongues slightly intertwined
And the love we had kept hidden
Broke free from our clasped hands
