I remember her singing for me.
I remember her changing my nappies .
I remember her shouting at me when I had done something wrong.
I loved those days

I remember her lying on her death bed.
I remember myself crying, just for her.
I even thought of killing myself.
I remember her coffin going down.
I cried that day.

I remember singing with her.
She was my life.
I loved her.
I remember my life with her.
Just thinking about her makes me angry and hurt.
Now I’ve accepted what happened.
But I’m still hurt, because
I remember my life with her.
