Our last goodbye is never easy
You laid there inside a casket peacefully quiet
When I looked at you it was like you were going to say something
But your soul is no more in the flesh

With my whining you would wipe off my tears
And put a smile on my face
But on that day you were just staring at me
As if it was none of your business
Seems like death has turned you against me

I never thought you would be gone so soon
But as the casket went down and I poured my last sand
I showered the cemetery with my tears as everyone drowned,
I never thought that day would ever come
Now nothing has meaning but your memories left with me,
When I think about you I still whine only to find that
You are no more to give me the warmth and love
