Shrouded coffin empty hearts
Paving the long evil’s path
Midnight rain in opened skies
Flood over a life of an innocent child
Dreams kindled to ashes
The light he shined faded
Darkness widowed places
To mourn empty handed
Leaving in a blink was too soon
Roses around his cage
It’s spring; they didn’t bloom
They died in their tender age
The ruins shall soon come to life
Death has lost its sting
The Son is given unto us
Forever is in Him and in Him we live
