In a faraway land, there was a forest that was ruled by a great king who was known to be vicious so the people feared him. After a war, he never came out of the palace. He also wore a helmet on his head. What the villagers did not know was that a war started between the king and a man called the destroyer. The destroyer was quite powerful. His power was greater than the king’s. He wanted to destroy the forest.

However, the forest king exchanged his face for the safety of his people in the forest. The people started protesting against the King. They wanted to dethrone him. He was dragged out of the palace. The king tried to explain that if the helmet was removed from his face, the curse would be on the forest. They refused to believe the King and took the helmet off. The forest’s green bright trees and flowers withered slowly.

The sun could not be seen and everything turned grey. The forest was cursed. The only antidote was to be found in a cave, which was rumoured to be guarded by magical creatures. Nobody volunteered to go to the cave except the forest king. While the king entered the cave, people silently waited for his return. The cave was filled with several things. The king had several options, one to get his handsome face back or take the antidote for the forest. He chose to save the forest. As soon as he touched the antidote, the forest returned to normal. His face also returned. He returned to rule his people and the forest has remained peaceful since then.
