Childhood trauma, rape, rejection and all types of problems are the reasons people turn to drugs. It’s not always just unemployment or peer pressure. There are many things that can cause someone to not want to live anymore. Every time we have to face a big storm, we teach ourselves to not really talk about it. To just smile and say, “I’m good and you?” Faking it never helps. It actually just makes things worse. We must communicate.

Social media is the main escape for those who would rather not talk, but we need to talk. We need to maintain our anxiety by being positive. First we need to realise that our past or mistakes do not mean we are weak. It all makes us strong in the end.

We learn lessons when we get hurt or fall down. And we can empathise with other people in the end. Be confident to know that you made it through the storm. You are still breathing.
