It is a very chilly morning and I am standing by the window drinking coffee.

“Tring Tring Tring!” My smartphone startles me as a reminder that I have to go shopping goes off. I slowly walk outside to my mythical winged Pegasus Aeromobil – my flying car. As I get inside I put on my Vuzix Blade AR smart glasses to scan the traffic today; it really has been a while since I went outside as I work from home.

“Aha!” I exclaim, much to my relief the traffic is clear.

As I get into my favourite boutique at the mall, I am excited. I am here to collect my rechargeable heated clothes that I paid for online. Now I don’t have to worry about the freezing sub-zero winter temperatures.
